  • What to Have on Hand

    • Spring Water: Purchase at least 9 liters (3 liters/day). Brands like Mountain Valley or Poland Spring are great choices. Avoid distilled water, as it may strip minerals from your body. Alternative: Filtered water with added minerals.

    • Bone Broth (Transition & Breaking): Choose high-quality options like Organic Kettle & Fire or Pacific Foods. Ensure it’s low-sodium and organic. Alternative: Homemade bone broth made with organic chicken or beef bones.

    • Electrolytes/Amino Acids: Use supplements like Perfect Amino Electrolytes or Ultima Replenisher for maintaining balance. Alternative: Coconut water for natural electrolytes or Propel electrolytes packets.

January 26th - 6pm: Begin Water Fast

Evening: At 6 PM, transition fully into the fast by consuming only water. Begin with 1 scoop of electrolytes or amino acids mixed with 8 oz of water.


Focus: Use the evening to pray and reflect, setting intentions for the days ahead.

January 27th - Water Only Fast

Today we are going to ease our way into the water fast. We are NOT going to eat any solid food or anything that is not on this list. Today we will drink 2 liters of water because we are also consuming 32 oz of bone broth. Days 2 and 3 we will ONLY drink spring water and will consume 3 liters of spring water on those days.


During the course of the entire day, drink as much water as you want, trying to evenly spread out the 2 liters of spring water through the entire day. I divide the day into halves to make this easy. Make sure that you drink 1 liter every 8 hours so that over the course of a 16 hour day you have consumed 2 liters of spring water in addition to the two bowls of bone broth.


  • Morning: Start your day with 1 scoop of electrolytes or amino acids mixed with 8 oz of water.
  • Noon: Consume 1 bowl (16.9 oz) of bone broth for nourishment.
  • Evening: Have another bowl (16.9 oz) of bone broth.
  • Water Intake: 1 liter of water every 8 hours. (You can spread this throughout the day)
  • Tips:
  • Sip water consistently rather than gulping large amounts at once.
  • Spread out your broth consumption to maintain energy levels.

January 28th - Water Fast

Today we are going deeper into the water fast and will ONLY

consume 3 liters of spring water.

  • Morning: Begin with an 8 oz glass of water.
  • Water Intake: Consume 3 liters of spring water over the day. Divide your day into three 5-6 hour segments and drink 1 liter during each segment.
  • Tips:
  • Use a pinch of sea salt in your water for mineral support.
  • If you feel lightheaded, sit down and rest while sipping water.

January 29th - Water Fast

Today we are going to repeat the same process we did yesterday.

  • Morning: Begin with an 8 oz glass of water.
  • Water Intake: Consume 3 liters of spring water over the day. Divide your day into three 5-6 hour segments and drink 1 liter during each segment.
  • Tips:
  • Use a pinch of sea salt in your water for mineral support.
  • If you feel lightheaded, sit down and rest while sipping water.

January 30th - 6am: End Water Fast

YOU’RE DONE! CONGRATULATIONS ON DOING YOUR BODY SOME SERIOUS GOOD. BUT IT’S NOT QUITE OVER.

Let’s ease back into solid food.

  • MorningStart today with 1 scoop of perfect amino’s with electrolytes and pick one of the options below for your first meal of the day.
  • Before Noon:
  • Bowl of Bone Broth
  • Whole Fat Greek yogurt with organic berries
  • Smoothie
  • Organic, grass-fed Cottage Cheese
  • Soup
  • Cold-pressed juices
  • Mix of nuts and berries (preferably macadamia or pistachio)
  • After Noon:
  • Resume normal solid whole-food diet.
